Carol was my first agent to sell me a Medicare plan. When my husband passed away, she was very supportive and realized that my finances were not where they were when I was married. She encouraged me to apply to the State of Florida Medicaid office to determine my eligibility for various programs. She guided me throughout the process and today, I am so pleased that she did. She’s more than an agent, she’s a friend.  

  When we first moved to Florida, we both were turning 65 and excited to be retiring but had no idea how to go about selecting a Medicare plan for each of us. We met Carol at an Educational Event she held and signed a card requesting her to call. When we finally met, she explained everything about Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans, Supplements, and Rx plans. She went over our needs, answering all our questions and eventually guided us through our final decision. She is always available and has answered many questions we’ve had over the years whenever we call.  

  Carol is a friend. Over the years, I would ask her questions about Medicare plans, and I always complained that ours cost so much money. She told me to give her a call and we could schedule an appointment to do a review of our plans. When we did, we were shocked when we found that we could get the very same advantage plan through her for less than we were paying through my husband’s retirement plan. She gave us the facts; we checked with our investment counselor and our family and ultimately went with Carol’s suggestion. We are very pleased with her ability and honesty in helping us increase our monthly income.
