Commencing her career as a paralegal specializing in Business Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, Carol Ann also attained her Real Estate Broker's license, further enhancing her professional repertoire. This accomplishment paved the way for her transition into the role of a real estate analyst banking officer within the Greater Tampa Bay Area.

During the tumultuous period of the late 1980s and early 1990s, Carol Ann was approached to serve as an Independent Contractor for the FDIC/RTC in response to the Savings & Loan crisis. Her outstanding capabilities earned her one of the exclusive 50 contractor positions in the country. As part of this role, she assembled a team of consultants to assess and determine the portfolio value of various banks and savings & loans, with a view to future disposition.
